Primary Scalping Screen | up to 600TPH | Modular | The MaxiScalp 600 is a heavy duty, primary scalping screen with apron feeder and stockpiling conveyors, for the use of removing oversize material to feed primary crushing stations. The screen is suitable for use in mining, quarrying, demolition waste, asphalt, recycling applications, aggregates and coal. The large screen throw ensures that sticky material and oversize material is separated quick and efficiently. The plant can be fed by excavator, loader or mobile crusher. The semi-mobile design construction allows for easy onsite installation and relocation and does not require civils. The large screen box can be fitted with a wide variety of media including bofar bars, rapid screen and/or meshes depending on the application. The top deck is side tensioned and the bottom deck is end tensioned.
